Leah Girvitz

I am a meticulous advocate that enjoys and excels in both litigation and drafting. Prior to joining England Lam Family Law, I maintained a broad practice that included civil litigation and wills and estate law. I bring this knowledge of business, real estate and estate planning to my family law files to help achieve the best outcome possible for my clients.

I take a strategic and results-based approach, collaborating with my clients to achieve an outcome in line with their goals. In assisting my clients, I endeavor to provide honest, pragmatic and individualized advice, suited to the specific circumstances and needs of each client.

My educational background includes a B.A. in English literature and creative writing from the University of British Columbia and a J.D. from the University of Victoria. In my free time I enjoy reading, creating art, skiing and spending time with friends.
